I think the Crown will be very safe with King Charles III. I’m also really heartened by a sense of fusion from both today’s grief and our sense of a positive future.
An excellent article and tribute Robert. Queen Elizabeth II will be greatly missed, and indeed King Charles III has big shoes to fill, but good luck to him. I think he will surprise many, and he will be “a chip off the old block”, particularly of his late father.
